Stoney Capital Partners I
In 2011, Stoneburner Companies launched Stoney Capital Partners I (SCPI), an equity fund focused on investing in value add and distressed commercial real estate opportunities. With a very specific goal in mind, the fund has raised and will place funds in a variety of geographical areas and in a number of property classes over the next three years.
Acquisition Criteria
Stoney Capital Partners I is actively seeking to acquire individual distressed assets or portfolios throughout the Southeastern United States, with a strong focus on major MSA's in Florida. The fund is also looking to acquire land for the development of hotel resorts and casinos in the Bahamas and Caribbean. SCPI acquisitions are all cash purchases with no financing contingencies.
