Stoney Capital Partners I is actively seeking to acquire individual distressed assets or portfolios throughout the Southeastern United States, with a strong focus on major MSA's in Florida. The fund is also looking to acquire land for the development of hotel resorts and casinos in the Bahamas and Caribbean. SCPI acquisitions are all cash purchases with no financing contingencies.
